From teacher to coach
My fascination with human potential
started 20 years ago when I began my teaching career. To see a young mind develop its understanding of the world — to witness that curiosity and openness to possibility — is something truly special.
My role was to create the right environment, facilitate opportunities, and guide children to explore, question, and make sense of their experiences. That process of helping others find their own answers rather than providing them is at the heart of my professional coaching today.
Coaching feels like a continuation of everything that first inspired me as a teacher — the same spark of growth, but now in leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and change. Supporting someone as they find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their work is both a privilege and a joy.

As a teacher, I watched young minds awaken to new ideas and possibilities, and I realised how transformative guidance, curiosity, and encouragement can be.
In coaching, that same transformation happens in a different form. Leaders and professionals face complex decisions, high stakes, and constant pressure, yet their greatest growth often comes from pausing, reflecting, and exploring their own thinking. Being part of that process — witnessing someone gain clarity, confidence, and self-awareness — is profoundly rewarding.
