How do you know your staff feel valued and want to stay?


 A recent UK survey showed that 67% of workers polled said they were, in some way, ‘quiet quitting’ in their job: dissatisfied and quietly unhappy. The same study suggested that a quarter of workers are considering leaving their current position as they feel unappreciated and unfulfilled. Team dynamics and effectiveness can often change radically within a number of week and this can lead to disengaged staff who are not happy or motivated.

Interpersonal skills and communication are a  key part of effective management and sometimes these skills can be overlooked.  I support managers to run effective teams where they understand their colleagues' personality and potential. 


New managers will  be given the space to be authentic and work through issues that are holding them back. They will develop their own leadership voice which is authentic, effective. and resilient


I am a certified DISC practitioner who can enable teams and managers to increase group harmonisation and productivity.  


I support leaders to improve decision making, increase their awareness of self, and effectively manage stress, anxiety and work/life harmonisation. I coach on executive presence, accountability, time management and when/how to delegate effectively. 


Much of the work I do with leaders centers on emotional intelligence and the importance of internal emotional awareness and regulation, as well as an understanding of what drives and triggers the actions of others.
